🎉 Promotion Overview

HighRewards is hosting a limited-time Refer-a-Friend Challenge where one eligible participant will win 1,000,000 HighRewards Points (equivalent to approximately $1,000 USD in in-app redemption value) by successfully activating the highest number of qualified referrals during the promotion period.

📅 Promotion Period

• Start: January 13th 12:00 PM Eastern Time
• End: February 28 at 11:59 PM (local time)
• Winner Selection & Verification: Early February

✅ Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have a verified HighRewards account in good standing

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of HighRewards are not eligible to participate.

🚀 How to Participate

• Participants will receive a unique referral link within the HighRewards app
• A referral is considered qualified only after completing all activation steps outlined below
• Each successfully activated referral counts as one (1) point toward the contest total

The participant with the highest number of points at the end of the Promotion Period will be deemed the
potential winner, subject to verification.

🔓 Referral Activation Requirements

To be counted as a valid activated referral, the invited friend must complete all of the following steps:

• Download the HighRewards app using the participant’s referral link
• Create and verify a HighRewards account
• Redeem a partner store promo code within the app
• Upload a valid receipt from a participating partner store that:
  • Matches the redeemed promo code
  • Meets the eligibility criteria displayed in the app
  • Is verified and approved by HighRewards’ receipt validation system

Referrals that do not complete all required steps will not be counted toward the contest total.

🚫 Prohibited Referral Methods

This promotion is intended to reward personal, one-to-one invitations only.

The following methods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification:

• Posting referral links on message boards, forums, deal sites, or referral exchanges
• Mass distribution via spam email, bulk SMS, or automated messaging tools
• Paid traffic, incentivized traffic, or bot activity
• Creating multiple or fake accounts
• Any referral activity that does not reflect a pre-existing personal relationship

HighRewards reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether referrals were obtained
through acceptable means.

🧮 Verification & Fair Play

HighRewards will:

• Track referrals automatically through the app
• Verify promo code redemptions and receipt uploads
• Validate receipts for authenticity and compliance
• Disqualify participants attempting to manipulate or abuse the referral system

All determinations regarding eligibility, referral validity, and winner selection are final and binding.

🏆 Prize Details

• Prize: 1,000,000 HighRewards Points
• Approximate Retail Value: $1,000 USD in in-app redemption value
• Prize Delivery: Points will be deposited directly into the winner’s HighRewards account

Important Notes on Points

• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
• Points may only be redeemed within the HighRewards app for eligible rewards
• Redemption options, values, and availability may vary and are subject to change

📣 Winner Requirements

As a condition of receiving the prize, the selected winner must:

• Publish at least one public social media post sharing their HighRewards experience
• Tag HighRewards in the post
• Grant HighRewards permission to re-share the content for community and promotional use

Failure to complete these requirements within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

🔁 Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by:

• The earliest timestamp of the final qualifying activated referral
• Overall in-app engagement during the promotion period

There is no cost or payment required to participate. Making a purchase will not improve chances of winning.

🛑 Disqualification & Modification

HighRewards reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or engages
in behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

HighRewards may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if technical issues, fraud, or other factors
compromise the integrity of the contest.

📸 Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow HighRewards to use their name, username, likeness,
and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

This promotion is governed by applicable U.S. laws. Void where prohibited.
