The HighRewards x Cheech & Chong Receipt Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes are sponsored by HighRewards, (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the USA who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, Cheech and Chong’s Global Holding Company, and their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, those who enter the Sweepstakes (“Entrants”) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all the following requirements.

4. HOW TO ENTER

The Sweepstakes begin at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on [START DATE] and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on [END DATE] (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. There are two methods of entry:

Method A: App Upload (Purchase Required):

Entrants must purchase any participating Cheech & Chong Drink Product and upload a photo of the valid receipt via the HighRewards Mobile App.

Receipts must be uploaded exclusively through the HighRewards App. Receipts sent via email, social media, or mail will not be accepted for Method A.

The receipt must clearly show the retailer, date of purchase, and the qualifying item.

Limit: One (1) entry per valid receipt. There is no limit to the number of receipts an Entrant may upload.

Method B: Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, address, email address associated with your HighRewards account, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it to: [Insert Address]. Each valid mail-in request counts as one (1) entry.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these terms and the Sponsor’s standard Terms of Service found at [insert link] (together, the “Terms”). You also acknowledge that the Sponsor may collect, use and disclose certain information you provide in connection with this Sweepstakes as set forth in our Privacy Policy found at [insert link].

5. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND VERIFICATION

By submitting an entry, an Entrant warrants that they are the owner of the receipt or entry submitted. Entries may not contain false, duplicate, altered, or forged receipts. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry which Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines to be inconsistent with the letter or spirit of the Official Rules, including but not limited to illegible receipts, duplicate receipts used by multiple accounts, or receipts that do not contain the qualifying product.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs; (b) tampering, unauthorized intervention; (c) fraud; (d) technical failures; or (e) any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and award any remaining Prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable), the date of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE APP OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of a Prize. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants additionally agree and give permission to the Released Parties and those acting under their authority to use the name, biographical information, and likeness of the Entrant, should they win, throughout the world in all media now known or hereafter existing (including print, packaging, television, radio, film, digital, internet, social media, websites, and mobile apps) in perpetuity for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotion of HighRewards Inc. and Sponsor, Cheech and Chong’s Global Holding Company and its products and services, the Sweepstakes, and other Sponsor promotions and for all their internal business purposes without further compensation or right of approval. 

8. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) Prize drawing will be conducted each day of the Sweepstakes Period by the Sponsor (or Sponsor representative), whose decisions are final and binding. Daily drawings will be conducted on each calendar day of the Sweepstakes Period, beginning on April 6th 2026 and concluding on TBD.

Each daily drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries (App and Mail-In) received up to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on that calendar day that have not previously won a Prize during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning a Prize on any given day will depend on the total number of eligible entries in that day’s drawing.

The potential daily Winner will be contacted by the Sponsor via the email address associated with their HighRewards account within two (2) business days of the applicable drawing date.

9. PRIZE & PRIZE CONDITIONS

There will be one (1) Daily Prize awarded per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Each Daily Prize Winner (“Winner”) will receive $100.00 USD awarded in HighRewards Points (“Prize”) (ARV – $100.00 per day). The total maximum ARV of all Prizes awarded will depend on the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, at a rate of $100.00 USD per day.

One Win Per Person:

Each Entrant is eligible to win no more than one (1) Prize during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Any Entrant who has already been selected as a Winner will be excluded from all subsequent daily drawings.

Redemption:

Points will be credited to the Winner’s HighRewards account and are redeemable for gift cards within the App.

Conditions:

All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance/use not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Winner. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor. The Winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of their Prize. If a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with Prize claim instructions within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, such potential Winner shall be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected for that day’s drawing.

10. DISPUTES

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that: (1) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) Under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of [Insert Your State] without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. SEVERABILITY

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect.
